GRADUATION PETITION: During the quarter when you believe you will complete all graduation
requirements, ask for a graduation petition form from the Front Office or Counseling Office, fill out
both sides completely and turn it in at the Front Office.
SCHOLARSHIP: If you are interested in applying for a scholarship to use for higher education,
please contact the Counseling office staff for information.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic All diplomas will be mailed to graduates. If your mailing address has changed or you are unable to receive mail at this time. Please contact the main office at 661-835-9612 or email Sandra Paz.

If you plan to participate in the graduation ceremony, please read carefully through the following information:
CAP AND GOWN: All students who participate in the commencement ceremony must wear a royal blue cap, gown, and tassel. The cost for this is $27.50. Purchase from Herff Jones using Order Form you receive from BAS. Your order will be mailed to your address by Herff Jones. (If you purchase after April 15, you will need to pick up your order from the store.)

PHOTO OF YOU: In the past, a slide show was created with the photos of Graduates and was presented for your family and friends before the ceremony began. Unfortunately, we are unable to show the slide show in a room together. But that does not mean we can't celebrate this momentous occasion. So, please send us a picture of you in your Cap and Gown so that we can create a slideshow for your families to celebrate your accomplishment! Send all photos to Terrence Banks.
STUDENT SPEAKERS: If you are interested in auditioning to be a student speaker at the graduation ceremony, please contact the Counseling office for information. The application must be sent to Sandra Paz, Room 507, by June 15, 2020.
