Change My Personal Information

To request a Change of Personal Information, you must follow these steps:

1. Go to the Bakersfield Adult School administration office located at 501 South Mount Vernon.
2. Visit the office during normal school hours.
3. Complete the required form in person.
4. Present two legal documents as proof of identification. Acceptable legal documents include:
   • Government-issued Driver's License
   • Passport
   • National/State/Country Identification Card

Your request for a Change of Personal Information will only be processed if you provide two valid legal documents from the list above.
