ESL Course Offerings

 

Bakersfield Adult School provides diverse ESL classes tailored to cater to students with varying English language proficiency levels. Our courses range from the foundational level for those who are pre-literate or unfamiliar with reading and writing (Level 0) to the advanced stages (Level 5). Additionally, our ESL program offers specialized classes such as Citizenship, Distance Learning, and Bilingual GED Preparation.

 

Bakersfield Adult School offers a variety of ESL classes to accommodate different schedules. Evening ESL classes are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. For those who prefer daytime lessons, classes run Monday through Friday, starting at 8:20 a.m. and ending at 12:20 p.m. Additionally, classes are available daily from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. for those seeking an afternoon session.
